If my home needs any repairs, will you buy my home?

Why do I need a walk through before I can receive an offer?
To ensure an accurate offer, we do a quick (typically 15 minutes) walk through of your home so we can confirm the overall condition of the property.
How do I prepare for a walk through?
We need access to all areas of your home (rooms, attics, and crawlspaces). We take photos for reference purposes. Make sure an adult (18 years or older) is present during the walk through and all utilities are on (water, gas, electric). You do not have to clean or make any repairs.
When do I receive my offer?
We typically respond with a written offer 1 - 2 business days after property walk through.
Am I obligated to take the offer once I receive it?
No - there is no obligation to sell to us once you receive your offer.
How do you decide on my home’s offer price?
We look at several important factors including: location, condition, repairs needed and recent comparable houses sold in your area. The walk through helps confirm these factors to ensure you receive our best offer.
If I accept your offer, how soon will I close?
We do our best to find a closing date that works for you. Typically, we can close in two weeks once you accept our offer (we can close faster in some cases). Want to close, but need more time to move? In most cases, we can give you weeks (sometimes a few months) to move out.
How does the closing process work?
Once you accept our offer, we work with a local experienced title company to execute the transaction. Our funds go into escrow and when you sign the necessary paperwork with the title company, the funds are released to you.
If I am behind on my mortgage or in foreclosure, can you buy my home?
Yes - we will. Whatever you owe to your lender is paid off at closing and any extra proceeds belong to you. Even in foreclosure, we can buy your home.
